Are you guys stupid???!!! This is not a solution it's a mess!
HP,
I'm so frustrated with this printer. This is supposed to be the latest and best of in the Small Business OfficeJet category but all I have is frustrations.
It turns off automatically and you cannot disable the auto off feature. WTH!!!
In our business the printer needs to be on ALL THE FREAKING TIME. Day and night. We work in shifts all day long. Get your heads out of your arses are do something right!
Another issue you royally screwed up is that you cannot scan to Mac anymore from the printer. The buttons don't work. It tells you to use stupid HP Smart app on your computer. So I need to work back and forth like an idiot to scan one document.
This printer is going into trash and I'm done with HP brand. Loyal HP customer for over 12 years, currently with 3 OfficeJet Pro printers.
You guys screwed up with this line.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
