HP Envy Photo 7855 not scanning keep getting an error message "there was an internal processing error please retry or manually check the firmware updates". Ran HP print and scan doctor which said I was up to date. Tried unplugging, turning off then on. Getting the error no matter if I try to go through the scanner feeder or laying on the glass. I am connected to my home network and am able to print even remotely but scanner will not scan.

Went to try this and my scanner worked as it should without doing anything. I will keep this in case it happens again. I have never had any issue with scanning just this one particular day I really needed to send something for work 🙂
