Product: DeskJet 3635
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I can't scan anything, because HP Printer Assistant 3635 (3630) is unable to become loaded. I only see "default text" and "loading" info.

 

Is there any way to make it work again? I already did one reinstalation of the drivers. It didn't help.

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try this standalone scan software:

 

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"
