HP Scanjet N7000 snw1 Firmware Update Error "Failed to Close WIA"

I attempted to install a firmware update (ver. 0.83) for the HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow N7000 snw1. I keep getting the error message "Failed to Close WIA" when running the installer with the instructions to "Please restart your computer and update again". The dialogue starts with "Device found" and "Close WIA!! Please wait...

I had this issue and all I had to do was run the Firmware Update as an Administrator.  I hope this helps.

Running the Firmware Update as Administrator works fine!
