Please, someone must know. How the hell do I turn off auto smart scan? I have documents that that I have scanned upside down and everyway around to avoid the smart scan but it still does the same bloody thing and takes me back to square one. I simply want the scan the way I put it in. I had to forward a certain document to the solicitor the other day and no matter what I did the auto smart scan kicked in and scanned the document the wrong way, I had to post the document! Its not just as simple as editing the scan either, I have tried doing this a few times, and whenever I have done this the scan just blacks out! Please someone help, before I throw the thing out of the window. I have the envy 6010 series, if its any help.
