I use HPSmart when doing a scan. The scan is ok online, but can not be saved as a jpg file.
The created file is 0 bytes.

Hi @FinnL ,
Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand you are facing issues in saving Jpg file while you scan using HP Smart.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
How long are you facing this issue?
Did you try any troubleshooting steps before contacting HP Forum's?
Meanwhile I would recommend you to try un-installing and re-installing the HP smart app and try it again.
Let me know how that pans out.
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask any other queries as well,
Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help. 😉

After a manuel re-installation everything works ok.
I wonder why the apps wasn't updated automatically as windows was supposed to do.
and I'm very confused that HP Smart suddedly is called HP All-in-one printer remote.
