Hello
I have a problem recently my scanner no longer works HP Deskjet 4130E, I have used all the techniques to try to repair, nothing helps, does anyone have a solution?
especially in Windows 11 service I have absolutely no scanning or image acquisition?

I understand you have trouble using the printer because the scanner is not working. Sorry to hear about the issue. Please try to run the HP Print and Scan doctor on the device. this helps to try and fix the scanner issue.
