Same problem here. First noticed after HP update of 19 January 2021 HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - 1.28.2197.0.

Uninstalled Adobe Flash software but banner still appears and HP Solution Centre still cannot be opened.

I find the 'Solved' solution impossible to navigate.

Help!

Thanks - Why can't HP drop in an update of software to correct this though??

They knew this problem was on the way surely?? Why not corrected  already together with the driver update of 19 January??

Hey Roger - here's your answer due to a Windows 10  update the HP Solution Center no longer works on Windows 10 

 

Log in to HP.com and search for HP Scan and Capture - its a free app - follow the instructions to install and it will replace the Solution Center

Thanks for this, but, as I see it, HP Scan and Capture is a stand alone App separate from HP Solution Centre,
and does not enable the Solution Centre itself to operate.

As Adobe Flash - required to open Solution Centre - is now inoperative, HP need to download a patch to enable their
Solution Centre software to work.

If HP are reading this, why can you not do this please!!
