Hey,
I'll make it easier.
After you'll finish downloading copy/cut the file into a new folder.
If you have winrar installed then right click on the file itself and it will give you the option "Extract here" choose that option and then you should be able to see the folder.
I repeat, DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK THE FILE YOU DOWNLOADED! That will only trigger a new installation which is not what we want at the moment.

ok this is what I get with opening it with winrar which I downloaded, no printer folder in it or is that what it is called, so I now go into the util folder, is that correct and go from there, just want to be sure winrar folder.jpg

after going into the ccc folder and doing the uninstall L4 I got this

Follow these.

1.Extract the file:

2.The printer folder will be shown above the Original file.

3.Go into "util"

4.Go into "ccc" folder.

5.Run the "Uninstall_L4" file.

6.And then you'll see this screen, press "Enter" in order to continue.
