After I've scanned a document the following message appears:
"The HP Scan application was unable to save the file to the specified location"
I don't know what location it's trying to save in, and why I'm getting the message? I would think that I would have had an option as to where to save the doument?
Thanks for anyone's help.

Hey @Lulu5,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you are having some issues with scanning from your Deskjet Ink Advantage 4645 e-All-in-One Printer to your Windows 8 PC. I can help you with that.
To change the folder HP Scan tries to scan to open HP Scan, and click on Advanced Settings. In the next window click on the Destination tab. From here you can change the default scanning location.
Please let me know if this resolves your issues. If it does, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
I work on behalf of HP
