I have the HP Photosmart 7515. Wireless printing works but scanning does not work. From the printer I get a message that says "No computer is connected" From my desktop computer through the HP software I see a message that says "Scan to Computer is enables" with my computer desktop listed. I also got another error message saying "Scanner Unreachable" It seems to know my computer is there but cannot establish a connection. How do I resolve?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Try first this:
- shut down printer via on/off switch
- switch off the router
- shut down the computer
- wait about 60 sec.
- switch on the router, wait until the router has completely initialized itself again
- Switch on the printer, wait until the printer has finished its initialization
- switch on computer, log in (with admin rights) and wait about 10 sec.
... and now everything's working again?
If that doesn't help, here's what you need to do:
- Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- download only this complete package: HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer series - C311 Full Feature Software and Drivers
- Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE
- The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the PC again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
