I have an HP Officejet Pro 8620. I've just recently got an error message when I've tried to scan: username or password is incorrect. Make sure both user account and password are valid.
I've recently changed my google password. How do I fix this issue?

Hi,
On your printer tap the Wireless or Ethernet icon and locate the printer's IP Address.
From any browser browse to that IP to access the printer's EWS page.
Within the Scan tab, select Scan to Email and then click on Outgoing Email Profiles and edit your existing profile by keeping the current settings but providing the updated password.
Note: be sure to remove any PIN Number might be added by your browser during the wizard if you would not want any such code.
Once completing press Save and Test and verify its success.
