Any update on this critical service interruption?
Since all is us experienced the issue around the same time, not related to a specific firmware update - it makes me wonder if the issue is actually on the HP networking and backend services side.
HP please provide a fix for this ASAP!

Shortcuts are showing up for me again on my printer - I can see accounts in the Accounts list in the Advanced Settings/EWS as well!
Only thing I'm having a hard time with now is that scanning to Google Drive does not work via the shortcuts. I created a new shortcut to send directly via email, and that works. I can use the Google Drive shortcut via the HP Smart app from my phone and laptop and they both upload successfully. The issue is only when I use the Google Drive via the shortcuts launched on the printer itself. I've tried a number of troubleshooting steps this morning - curious if anyone else uses this shortcut and is still having issues as well.

Yes. I even deleted the HP Smart connection authorization through my Google account settings and re-established them. Deleted, recreated the shortcut. Created a new folder in Drive to point to that. Revoked access to shortcuts and synced again. Recycled the power on the printer. This seems like an issue on the back end when the printer queues the jobs vs. when they're queued from other devices. I can scan directly from the Google Drive app on my printer, but it's much slower with fewer options (less DPI, etc.).
Anyway, it's probably a new Support case for me to submit (yay!), but I figured I'd drop that info in here in case anyone else runs into it.
