Hey senior90,
Which model of 8600 are you using? HP has produced 3 models: Base, Plus, Premium.
With this information I can provide you the steps required to perform this type of copy operation.

Hey senior90,
Thanks for the update and letting me know you have the n911a.
Two-sided copy:
- Select Copy on the front panel of the printer
- Select Settings on the copy screen
- Select 2-sided copy
- Press the Right arrow
- Press the 1 sided to 2 sided option
This will allow you to perform a copy of a 2 sided document from either the Automatic Document Feeder on the top or on the flatbed glass of the printer. It will copy one side, then have you flip the page to copy the other side. The base model cannot perform the double sided copy in a single pass and will require the flip method as described.
Hope this helps,
Jason

Hi nat328
I understand you want to copy or print two sided with legal paper.
The Duplex accessory does not support Legal size paper.
Here is a document explaining the paper sizes supported for Tray 1, Tray 2, Duplexer and the Adf. Select Paper-handling specifications, then Supported paper sizes from the document.

Can you make more than 1 copy at the time? Say I need 5 copies, can I change the number of copies to 5? Or do I have to each one seperatly?
