I have a HP Officejet 7310 all-in-one connected by net to two computers with Windows 7 32-bits. In both computers I have the same problem (I can only scan one page; afterwards the message appears and I have to restart the All-in-one). I have followed the instructions of the document in the HP web: running the tool "HP Print and Scan Doctor" (which did not find any problem). I have also restarted the All-in-one and the computer (I could not stop 'keygrip' and 'scanapp', because these processes did not exit in the Processes tab of the Task Manager.
Is anything more I can do to solve the problem?

What is the exact error message you are getting?

These are the two kind of error messages I am getting:
In English: There has been an error during the preview. If there is another program scanning, wait until it finishes and the select againt Preview.
In English: There has been a communication error with the HP processing images device. Do one of the following actions:
- Close and disconnect the device, wait 60 seconds, etc.
- Verify that the device cables are well connected, et .
- Restart the computer.
- Etc.
