-The computer is connected with an ethernet cable to the router.
-The router is connected with an ethernet cable to the printer.
I have tried unplugging and replugging cables back in. But, to no avail. I also tried restoring the defaults, but to no avail.
I haven't reinstalled the software but I recently installed the software in the first place on one of my computers, so I feel like I have given that method a chance.
