I have 5 Poly Rove B4 Base stations and 41 Poly Rove 30 handhelds. I am traying to establish Multicell setup, because the basic requirement is to enable usage the phones trough the entire building. SIP lines will be provided by Microsoft Teams.
I followed the instructions from the Admin guide and I am still not able to force any unit to become a primary one. Status on all of them is "Unchained Allowed to Join as Secondary". I tried with firmware version 8010, 002 and 8009, 003.
I need urgently help because next week I have to go to the location, from Serbia to Germany to setup all environment.

Hello @Nednov ,
You must have a voice service registered on only one of the Rove B4 base stations. The base station with the registered service acts as the primary base station. >source<
Do you see the base stations you declared the master and the secondary in the Base Station Groups Status summary? Can you see the DECT Chain?
If not this points usually to a network issue around the multicast packets sent when setting this up.
Please bear in mind that the official recommendation for a Rove deployment is to get a site survey as outlined in my FAQ.
You can try and troubleshoot this on your own via System Management > Device Admin > Syslog > LevelPLT to "Debug" and check the Platform > Syslog.
If you still have issues and cannot find the root cause, and no other volunteer replies, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
