I'm on the 300 page, $9.99 mo. plan. I haven't received any ink cartridges since the 2nd shipment. We've had to upgrade twice because we print a lot more than we thought. We've replaced ink cartridges twice and need them again. We had to purchase them through Office Depot. What's the poit of being in the program- if we also have to purchase the ink cartridges separately? Aren't they supposed to be shipped to us automatically?
