HP Recommended

My HP Envy 5540 has just begun printing in Black & White only from my PC running Windows 10 Home.  I have followed the instructions in this post.  I.e. Uninstalled and re-installed the printer, but it has not helped.  It will still not print in colour.  It seems to be an issue with the settings on this PC, because when I print the same documents (eg a pdf file) from my iPhone, the printed output is in colour. Does anyone have any clues?  Is there a setting somewhere which forces the printer to print in grayscale only?
