Hello community,
I have a problem with my printer: it does not print black ink anymore.
The problem occured after I installed a brand new black ink cartridge (official 364XL).
I have tried the following:
- install a new cartridge
- run the cleaning utilities and print diagnostics many many many many times
- clean the print head (with alcohol)
The problem is still here: the black ink is just not taken into account.
When I run print tests there is only red and blue and yellow but no black at all.
When I try to print plain text, the page just comes full white.
Any idea about how I could solve this problem?
Many thanks
Xavier
