Product: HP OfficeJet 6962
I have tried everything, from printing six clean head, trying to do Align Printhead, smear tests, checking for updates, checking cartridges and anything else I could find on the HP website. We just replaced the ink cartridges this morning and I can’t get anything to work. I’m running out of options and I’m wondering I should ask for a refund as this ink cartridge does not seem to be working
