Hello everyone, I have a problem and I tried to correct it through internet indications: message of incompatible cartridges.
I have always used and continue to use genuine HP cartridges, but the last time I went to change the black cartridge, the printer continues to reject the black ink cartridge. Keep giving me the message of Incompatible Cartridge. I remind everyone that the cartridge is genuine HP !!!
I already cleaned the terminals, went back to the store and changed the cartridge and nothing. I have already re-installed the printer, I have reset the printer in "new factory" mode and nothing. Does anyone have any tips on what I could do to get her to accept my cartridge? Thanks a lot, Angelo.
