Product: Hp office jet pro 9018
I've read the help groups and even the "web" to resolve my HP office jet pro 9018 not recognizing my new HP cartridges 962 (all 4 cartridges) I purchase 2 sets from different retails - Saples & amazon hoping it was defective cartridges but no help - I'm dead in the water and have done the unplug pull cartridges, re-plug in dance multiple times following HP's steps with success
I'm dead in the water here - how about a way to bringing the printer to a new in the box state ? I did not save the setup cartridges
