Product: HP ENVY 4500
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I replaced the black ink of my HP ENVY 4500 with HP 61 cartridge and it was working great.  After a couple of months of disuse, the printer now only prints the top half of text/sentences.  In addition, it no longer prints everything at the bottom of the alignment page.   I put in a new black ink cartridge, cleaned the printer head, unplugged from power source to reset...no difference. Tried to update the firmware but it says no firmware update not available.   How can I fix this?
