My printer is currently stuck in a loop of trying to print then saying there is a paper jam. It will try to pull in the paper but it is unable to actually pull it in far enough to print on it, it cannot be pushed in far enough to print either. I have tried varying the amount of paper in the tray, I have tried using different weights of paper, nothing works. It appears that the problem is a systematic one as it will continue to say there is a paper jam even when there is no paper in the printer. No buttons work as it will simply continue to attempt to print no matter what the printer is supposed to be doing. (i.e. it will say copying, cancelling, shutting down, etc, while also attempting to print, then giving the error of paper jam.)

I have tried resetting it multiple times, I have done all the checks and resets listed online and cleaned my printer to the best of my ability. After I remove the power source, either with removing the cord or trying to turn it off it will continue to attempt to print as soon as it is turned on and it will not stop until it is turned off again.

When I shut the printer down as I get an error code such as: 0XB02356E4, 0XB3000000, or 0XB022BFBE. I cannot find any information online as to what any of these codes mean.

Please let me know if there is any solution to this error,

Thank you in advance!
