Product: HP DeskJet GT 5820 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an inktank printer hp gt 5820.

I was printing stuff fine for 2 years after buying it.

I never replaced the printheads the printer came fitted with.

Today while printing a document suddenly i get error message cartridge incompatible?

What am i supposed to do?

This is what i get in the printer info page:

Also it says that printer firmware is up to date.

I bought this printer online on Amazon.
