Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

Not sure how to resolve this.

 

Firmware updates are failing with error code 33.05.04.  On the printer screen, the download gets to 100% and then says it failed with Retry/OK options.

 

Have tried unplugging and plugging back in. 

 

Current firmware is MANHTNPP1N002.2313A.00 from March 2023.

 

Model number of printer 9019.
