Product: HP Envy Photo 7858
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I print from my laptop (windows 11) to the HP Envy Photo 7858 it will blue screen with the code B8665646 and the lights flashing.  Reading through the community, I do not see other posts with this code.  I have not tried any of the posted reset instructions due to a caution about if you try them on the wrong printer it could brick the printer.  


What can I do to fix this issue?
