Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4535 All-in-One Printer

I got the message "Printer failure 0x61000072, There is a problem with Printer or ink system. Try turn off and turn on the printer if problem exists contact HP"

 

I tried to turn off and turn on multiple times without any luck.

 

Could you please help to get this fixed.
