Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My printer has been giving an cartridge jam error that I cannot resolve. I am unable to find any obstructing objects. I am unable to move the cartridge slider back and forth. I have tried resetting the printer with the power cord unplugged for at least 60 seconds. The error persists. Please advise as to how to proceed.
