Cant get my printer to print in color

I had the same problem.  Go to your color management option on your computer, laptop etc.  Set the color to off.  This will enable your printer to print in color. Don’t select black or grayscale.

 I hope this helps.  I worked on mine for about a week😞.  But it now prints in color

on my print page using  Print properties and Advanced, there is NO OFF for the grayscale.  There is not other option to add the color preference tab.

I have reinstalled the HP drivers several times, but it does not pick up the color print preference on the print screen

I have a newly installed HP 4155e printer.  I cannot figure out how to get it to print in color.  There is no color option on the printer dialogue page.  Also went to printer preferences and could not find a color option.  The printer does print in color. I took a photo of something I wanted to print in color and it did print in color. However, subsequent efforts to print a color photo the printer did not print at all, just discharged blank pages. Help.

Where is the start button? On the printer? on the app. I could not access the photo u attached.

Go to the color management and turn off the color.  It probably shows black and grayscale.  Don't choose either.  I had the same problem and finally turned it to off and I can now print color.
