- I bought a printer several months ago because of insta ink. Everytime i try to updat my bank card after my previous one was lost it wont let me and customer services are so rude and incompetent. I have had an absolute nightmare and no one will help. Just being told to replace full inks with ones i buy myself. Ive been cut off twice been lied to and absolutely ridiculed
I wish id never bought the **bleep** thing. Im a widow with a young son i cant afford to keep paying out.. What a disgusting way to treat long standing customers. Ill never buy another HP product again...

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
Cheers.
