  • I bought a printer several months ago because of insta ink. Everytime i try to updat my bank card after my previous one was lost it wont let me and customer services are so rude and incompetent. I have had an absolute nightmare and no one will help. Just being told to replace full inks with ones i buy myself. Ive been cut off twice been lied to and absolutely ridiculed 

I wish id never bought the **bleep** thing. Im a widow with a young son i cant afford to keep paying out.. What a disgusting way to treat long standing customers. Ill never buy another HP product again...

Why have hp made it imposible to complain... There is no recourse for customers you rip off and treat badly..why is that ?
