I need colored ink 910 or 910xl. Since these are recalled what are the options? I purchased an extra when buying the printer but get incompatible cartridge messages when trying to replace originals. What’s up ?

The recall includes both HP 910 regular and XL Cyan and Yellow ink cartridges. To further validate if the ink cartridge you have is affected, check if the cartridges are made in Malaysia and Warranty End Date is between April 1st, 2022 and September 18th, 2022.

Yes, you would get an error that says "incompatible ink cartridge". You also have to check the end of warranty date/country of origin as mentioned in my previous post to make sure the ink cartridge you are using falls under the recall bucket.

What is HP doing to solve my printer problem? 910 ink ot working. Staples says there is a recall and HP is the problem. I can't print. And the virtual assistant is useless. Is there a live number to call for HP printer replacement on their dime?

I bought an hp 8035 printer in August. At the same time I spent $80 in ink that is as useless as the printer because it's been recalled! Staples has been no help and I am so angry! I work from home and NEED to be able to print! What am I suppose to do with this printer? Are you offering returns?

Hi. I ran into the same problem. I purchased so many cartridges only to get the "Incompatible Ink" error. After hours on the phone with HP, they ordered me new ink for some cartridges (i couldn't bear being on the phone with the any longer). However, I was also able to use this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics?category=printing&issue=ink-cartridge-issues. The Virtual Assistant will take you to a page where you can order new ink. I hope this helps.

I agree with you too, I have spent so much time trying to resolve the issue. It was a BRAND new 910 cyan cartridge and it says "indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer" This is CRAZY for a company like HP
