I had the same issue. I bought an extra pack of cartridges late summer knowing people were going to continue to work at home and cartridge's would be harder to come by. I just put them in last week and got the same message- I am so mad and have also spent hours trying to figure out the problem before I cam across a post about the recall. I was able to enter a CASE so hopefully they will be sending me a new cartridge and it wont take a month!!

I don't understand why HP simply doesn't answer the question and say "we expect 910 ink cartridges to be available again on such and such a date". I buy a new HP printer approximately every 5 years and am on my 5th or 6th HP printer. If they don't "take ownership" of this problem and solve it soon, I will be switching to Epson.

I was sent a replacement printer but I will have the same problem as I did before.   I won't be able to I find ink. If that happens then I will be moving onto a different manufacturer!!!

I agree.  They don't even publicly acknowledge the problem so customers don't know how to get help.  It may be time for a lawsuit...

Its crazy, I also work from home. Why does HP force us to use their ink if you can't get a good cartridge? Time to buy a Cannon or Epson.

Yeah, "Kumar0307," it has now been a month and still no ink for the 910. And HP doesn't even have the decency to post information on its website to explain to customers how they can handle this. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. What now?

This is ridiculous, Kumar. What is instant ink going to do when the cartridges have been recalled? Is this an HP scam to get us all to sign up for Instant Ink? I already get mine through another more reliable provider.

Kumar: Please let HP know I will be contacting the Attorney General in my state to pursue action against HP for this.

Bought this 8028 printer a few months ago, and now I cannot print anything. Can not find 910 cartridges. This is beyond stupid. What a horrible company, and you can bet this will be the last time my company purchases another HP product printer or otherwise ever again. What a dumpster fire company this has become. Good luck in the future finding anyone that chooses to be handled like this. People have jobs that require reliable printing, and there isn't even a straight answer about what is going on. Pathetic.
