HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

• Printer is connected via wi-fi.

• Successfully prints from phone and other computer

• Properties dialog shows device is working

• When printing test page from PC, printer sounds normal until time when paper usually loads ... then nothing

• HP Print doctor and Windows troubleshooter don't find anything unusual

• Virus scan is clean

I have tried all the following:

• Reinstalled printer several times after purging old installations and drivers

• rebooted printer (cold), PC and network

• Could not access Microsoft Store for new downloads ... link stalls .. so the driver is probably the original Windows driver which was was working well for the past several years.

    - no known recent Windows updates

Net result - can't print from Windows 10 PC.

PLEASE HELP
