Hi,
For those still using Windows 7 you can download an older Flash installation (Version 10.1) which supports the HP Scanner Software and doesn't get de-activated.
Of course all Flash versions must be removed before installing this version.
Perhaps this version can be installed in Windows 10 using the "Legacy software" option

I noticed this issue while checking my printer Ink levels causing the flash error. I installed "HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows" and clicked Printer > Supply levels able to see my printer Ink levels.

I have a HP Officejet J5760 All in One. This is an absolute nightmare I am in the middle of a legal case and has to scan time sensitive documents. I am vulnerable and am on self isolation during lockdown. This scanning error just happened. I installed and reinstalled all drivers on the HP drivers website. This error message still comes up. Can anyone advise a really good alternative app. Thank you

Try the app 'HP Scan and Capture'. You can use it to scan pictures and create (multipage) pdf-files. It can be downloaded in the Microsoft Store for free.
Community member @Jim412 found a great way to get the original Solution Centre software running again in Windows 10, but it will take you time to do all the steps needed.

The same thing happened to me yesterday ... with the same resulting weird logo. I posted a long explanation of my error and failed attempts to reinstall in another thread here.
Hope we get some answers. I liked Solution Center.

Hi I have a back door solution
you must not have uninstalled flash
before you start solution center
change computer date to manual
select Jan 9 2021 or before flash end date
start program
do scan reset date
hope it works for you it did me
