79 Service Error not solved

HP Recommended
Color LaserJet Pro MFP M821cdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer had jobs in que. My router failed. After installing a new router my IP changed and I was not able to clear the printer Spool. I went to multiple computers and cleared the Printer Spool as directed, did a reset on the printer but after resetting printer 79 service error retuned. I have followed all the reset recommendations from multiple sites and still get the same results. Also replaced all the cartridges with new HP cartridges.

I'm at a lose.
