I changed the black cartridge for the HP deskjet 2546 printer. It does not print the diagnostic page. The message "INK CARTRIDGE FAULT" appears. The cartridges listed above are damaged or have failed. I turned off the printer, put the old cartridge in, and it works. I bought the original 662 cartridge, ID 86. I called it on the HP website on 01/22/2019 but until today I got no response. Case Number 5026325037 has Been Created CRM: 0000498162513. I've added a new cartridge and it works normally.

Talk to your cartridge supplier for thier options on dud cartridges. Most are happy to accept them back and provide you with another without much resistance.

Hello John,
As I explained in my first note, the cartridge I bought in January / 2019 is defective, at the time of purchase the attendant informed me that I would not exchange the product under any hypothesis. That's why I contacted HP. Case number: 5026325037 and until today I got no answer. I went to this channel, but now I understand that it is not the appropriate place to solve this problem.
