Can you send me the instructions on how to reset the printer?  I am getting the blue screen error code after I replaced the generic toner cartridge.

Hello

I have the same problem with my HP9015 office jet pro.

The screen is blue with this code and all the lights flash ...

What can I do ?

I fixed this issue!! It is your ink, this printer will only accept HP ink, no other. My manager had but generic ink in the printer and it errored out. As soon as I put the HP ink in, the error went away and the printer is working fine.
