Ok.  I do not have setup cartridges.  But I do have the correct ones for the printer and cannot bypass the setup.

There are 13 of us that have this problem. Why if you have the solution did you send a private message to the first guy? Post the solution for us all! How do we bypass the setup cartridge error?

I am also having the same issue. I am trying to setup the HP Officejet Pro 8615. And its asking to "Install the cartridge that came with the printer" but I don't have them. I need bypass this so i can complete setting up the printer. I have the new ink cartriges. Please help!

I recently purchased an HP 5052 from Wal-Mart. It was a display model and sold as-is on clearance. Came without setup cartridges. Please give me instructions to bypass this. I do have genuine HP 65 black and color cartridges as well as paper.. But I cannot get past this error.
