On the printer control panel, I get the following message:
"Connection Problem
Reconnect the printer to the internet so that the printer can automatically order replacement cartridges."
When I check the Instant Ink site, it shows my printer is online and connected.
What can I do to correct this problem?
Tried calling HP Support, but the number that is shown on the website is not correct and the person who answered is not happy with HP!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

After 4 calls to HP support (with 2 of them being disconnected), I had a support person walk me through what was causing the problem. Apparently, there was an Instant Ink cartridge that was not communicating correctly. We replaced the cartridge and then he showed me a support menu where we were able to erase all of the printer's settings. We then turned on the printer, and it took us through a new setup sequence. When the printer was reconnected the printer to instant ink, it recognized the printer. Then I was able to print and copy with no message about needing to reconnected to the internet.
Now for HP to send me new ink cartridges as I am getting very low!
