I have this EXACT issue too! Tried to work with Tech support on this site AND the phone, and they had NO idea how to fix this issue either. I litereally searched the internet for hours and tried everything, no resoution. Have hardly used this printer. SO FRUSTRATED!  Are any of  you on Mac too?

I threw the printer in the dumpster. That is how I solved my issue. Will never buy anohter HP. I spent MONTHS and hours trying to solve this, much of that wiht the Tech support here. My sense is that HP has discontinued updating drivers for this printer, yet I saw them for sale yesterday at Walmart!

im having the same issue. can you please send me the next course of action? I've had mine since august, but i havent been using it as much. I still have a full color cartidge and my black cartridge still has some ink also, but my printer is printing blanks.

My mother's printer has the exact same issue, even though it is brand new. Can you please also send me the instructions of how to resolve the problem?

I'm not sure why only one person was contacted directly regarding this issue? Can you provide the next course of action on the forum please, as many people seem to be experiencing the same issues with this printer.

 

If this is not able to be resolved, how do we request a replacement or refund? Unfortunately I'm not sure where my receipt is, but the printer itself has been a complete waste of money, so I'm surprised this is even still on sale in stores. It's also not great to see some people have thrown this away because we're not being supported with the help we need to fix the issue. Seems like a con to me?!
