Please don't cut and paste.  Fill in the information manually so we can understand it.

OK, let's verify a few things.

Starting DHCP address in the router?

Ending DHCP address in the router?

Static IP address of the printer?

Please post a picture of your PORT settings.  <<  Get a screen shot and post these details.  Just like the above shows and tells you.

HP Recommended

Starting DHCP address: 192.168.0.100

Ending DHCP: I do not see this listed-please advise where I can see this as it is not listed near the starting address

Static IP of printer: 192.168.0.10

Make and model of router?

Does it say anything like... Number of DHCP devices 50 or something like that?

Please go to the ports page and manually print out the entire line for that printer.  Make sure the checkbox is marked.

This is a Ubee DVW32CB, I can see on the DHCP page number of CPEs is 150, does that help?

I do not see an option in the router for a ports page.

Under DHCP clients, the printer listing says:

MAC address: AC:E2:D3:82:8F:09

IP Address: 192.168.0.10

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Duration: D:--H:--M:--S:--

Expires: ***STATIC IP ADDRESS**

I did not put that emoji in there, it should say D3

Did you do this like I asked????

To see why this problem exists and how to fix it, watch this video here for Windows.   Scroll down for MAC information.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEqvUKxWmq4

How to set a Standard TCP/IP port.  This is important.

a).  Click Start/Devices and Printers. Right click on your HP Printer.  Select Printer Properties.  Select the Ports tab at the top.

b).  Select Add Port. Select Standard TCP/IP Port.  Select New Port.

c).  Follow the Add Port Wizard. Under Printer Name or IP Address, input the Static IP address you just set from the above information.  Example:  168.1.15.  The IP address will be copied under Port Name.  This is OK to leave this alone or you can put in your Printer Model.

d).  Select Next and Finish the Wizard.

If you create a TCP/IP port without a static IP above, you may lose your TCP/IP connection and have the same issue. This is because your network has powered up differently giving you a different DHCP address to the printer that does not match the TCP/IP address above.  This could occur at anytime just like the video shows.

Printer offline issues can happen because the IP address of the printer keeps changing. This video explains how that can happen and what to do to fix it. For more tech tips, check out https://www.linearthoughts.co.uk . 00:00 - Introduction 00:18 - The Problem and Why it Occurs 03:47 - Solution ...

I added the printer to mac using the IP protocol as directed in a previous video, saved it, made sure the old printer was no longer listed. I have not seen any direction on how to create a TCP/IP port on mac as there is no port wizard like windows.

HP Recommended

Correct.  Use the Widows video and the Mac video separate.

OK, your DHCP addresses are OK now with the printer outside the DHCP range of the router.   If you set everything else lets see.

There is one more item that might work but I can't test it, but you can.  Another item to add to my list.

Let us know.

Is there a difference between setting up the printer as IP in the Mac and making a TCP/IP port? I had already added the printer as IP using the Mac video days ago and am wondering if there is a step that I am missing?

I have set everything as directed if I did not miss a step and it is still working briefly and then losing communication.

Thank you again tor your help!

One video is for Windows.  One video is for MAC.  Period.
