Running out of time and patience. This matter has been dragging on for far too long and I wonder if anyone really knows what they are doing?

 

If I do not get a reply within 24 hours I will have to go and purchase a non HP printer!

Don't bother with the HP software for windows 10, utterly broken, huge waste of time. Install windows driver through printers and scanners in windows by adding device then install HP smart software through the windows store. Works fine, use android or Apple HP smart software alternatively.

Good day and hello from Russia!

Have the same problem with our new HP Color LaserJet Pro M283fdw.

When i'm trying to install full solution HP software, I get an error 2753.

I tried  to use Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall tool, but no result.

Of course, i added my MFU through printers and scanners in windows by adding device and installed HP Smart.

But....

In HP Smart i can't sent my docs via Outlook! Only Microsoft mail is available. I'm working in serious organization! I can't create third-party mail because of security reason.

What can you say about it?
