I have done everything listed in several solutions but nothing works. How do I speak to a human being?

I take it no one has been able to speak to a HP support person? Using the web site or the virtual assistant just takes you in circles so you can never contact a real person;

I am looking for a new printhead for my Officejet 8610 Pro but everywhere I have located so far either can't get the part (seems to be available on the US HP.COM site for around USD 150.00 but not if you say you are in Canada) and parts suppliers tell me they can't get the part either. On retail sites like Amazon or EBay the part is there but at exhorbitant prices; i.e. 2-3 times the cost of the original printer!!

Very poor support if you ask me given the printer was designed with this part being USER replaceable. Real shame to have to throw out a perfectly functional printer because one key user replaceable part can no longer be purchased; HP stopped selling it in 2019 according to one parts supply company I spoke to.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
