This one has me stumped.
We have a network printer, HP Color LaserJet Pro 479fdw. All computers are running Windows 10 Pro.
Every computer can print PDF files except for one. Every time this one computer tries to print any PDF file, the 21.00.00 error appears on the printer, and the file doesn't print. However, it CAN print any other file fine (Word, Excel, web pages, etc etc). The PDF files also print fine to any other printer we have in the office.
I tried installing all the other M479 drivers available from the HP website, even under the "Basic" drivers section. Nothing worked. I also tried removing the printer from the Control Panel, and reinstalling it. Still with no success.
Anyone have any other suggestion?
Thanks.

This error is caused by a page too complex and the decompression takes too long and times out. You do not state which driver you installed PCL or Post Script. I would suggest you try the Post Script driver or try the HP Smart UPD driver. https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-smart-universal-print-driver-series-for-windows/33835514

Thanks for your help to the both of you.
I did try printing from MS Edge, and it seems to work fine. That's odd because I did try uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader, but printing from there still gave me the error.
We're just going to use MS Edge (unfortunately) to view and print PDF files. Not a big deal deal though, as long as we can print.
They are mostly very simple PDF files we are printing (one page invoices with no graphics).
By the way, I was told there was no "Print As Image" option on the Advanced Print Properties, however I was told this second-hand without looking at the system myself (I was offsite).
I may also try the Universal print driver that Repairatrooper has suggested as well, but just haven't gotten around to it yet.
Anyway, thanks again for your suggestions. Works fine now.
