I've also go he exact same problem, printed out two items on 08.05.23 at about 00.35am no issues and by 7am the blue screen of death! Have also tried unplugging over night to no avail.

 

Now have a mountain of things to print out in order for me to do my job this morning.

The 83C000B error problem is linked to an update that ended badly. This would concern many users, the solution is being studied !!!

This is insane, and not a word from HP?! I came here to make a post about this, and it seems it's basically a global issue! Can someone from HP provide an update? This is terrible, we cannot print anything, stuck with this error!

HP Denmark did not know about this problem according to the supporter I talked to.

But after a while, he called back, with a temporary solution, that involves a hidden engineer menu.

So if you talk with their support. please ask them for access to the engineer menu.

 

P.S. This does not work on our printers.Testet several times with no luck.

I suspect with the menu is the key sequence:
4* dark key "back" (bottom left) or
1* "home in the middle, 1* "back" and 2* "home".
At least that's what the support says.
Does not work for me unfortunately.
