Your WEP or WPA2 password is located in your router that only you have access to.  Access your routers admin pages and check the Wireless Tab for your SSID password.

Thanks for helping. I decided to call hotwire WHO INSTALLED MY ROUTER. they knew the password, gave it to the printer and sloved the problem immediately. Thanks and best regards, HERNANDO

I have changed internet supplier and Envy 4500 asking for WAP/WEP.  Where do I find it please?

Again, your WPA password is located on a label on your router.  On the bottom or side.  If you can't find it you must access your routers internal web pages and look it up.  It is the same as what your computer uses to connect.

hi   first time   I can't get my hp envy 4500 all in one printer to connect.. it's asking for a wpa/wep   I can't find it ... 

 

thanks  .. it worked last night  all I did was to change black and white printer cartrige .. bam  it's down...
