Hi,
My printer has been set up as a wifi printer for my home for months now. Today, I noticed that it doesn't have a wifi connection. I've tried to reconnect it using my iphone and through my computer, but it won't accept the network. I also tried using the wifi wizard on the touch screen and entered the network info. When I tried to use the HP Easy Start app, it gave me the error that it couldn't connect to a 5 GHz network. The router I have has two networks, and the one that I am trying to use, that I've used successfully for months, is not 5 GHz. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I had a terrible time getting logged back in. I will click on your Kudos Thumbs up as soon as I post because you were extremely helpful and I have resolved the problem. When you mentioned that it should list the two wifi options on the second page, it made me remember a problem I had a few years ago. (I should say that the neither of the networks were displayed, but half the neighborhoods wireless services did.)
My son had a laptop that that would not connect. A half dozen other devices, from several different manufacturers had no problem with the wifi, so I told him the problem must be with his laptop. He tried to figure it out, but finally asked me if I could reset the Apple Airport router. I explained why that wasn't the problem since it was working everywhere else, but he was getting frustrated, so I reset it. Of course, this solved the problem. Honestly, we had an old Wii, a bluray player, different types of cell phone, a smart tv, and so on, but only his laptop had this problem. It was an HP. Once I remembered that, I reset the router and everything worked fine.
So the problem wasn't with the printer, although, since the wifi was acceptable to any non-HP device in the house, it kind of was the problem. Anyway, thank you for your efforts and advice.

I've done that several times while trying different ways to get it to connect. Currently, I've connecting it as a USB printer to get my doc printed and check to see if there is a firmware update that might help.

Wireless info. Your IP are the same as everyone else in the world. Don't care about your SSID name as I'm pretty sure folks won't drive around the US looking for you since the have Starbucks.
No MAC addresses, that's the only important one.

Well you are right, it does not see your routers SSID. One thing you can do now it to disable Wireless Direct in the printer to get rid of the SSID it is trying to use. Wireless Direct is only used if no router is available.
Please verify the Wireless Radio is enabled (not Wireless Direct) via the front panel. If not, enable it.
